This is fixed. I tried for both Spanish and German and got the
translated strings on the setting page.

Status in unity-scope-mediascanner package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Test case.
  - Flash the phone.
  - Switch to Spanish.
  - Open Music scope.
  - Tap in the settings button.

  Expected result.
  - All options are displayed in Spanish.

  Actual result.
  - Options displayed in English (see screenshot).

  The strings are available in Launchpad, but not in trunk.
