Bug description:
  Reproduced this a couple of times on mako #85.
  Reboot, open a few apps including phone, messaging and addressbook.
  lock phone.

  adb shell into phone, run top.
  Note that address-book-app is eating ~40% cpu with screen off.
  Phone got a bit hot after a while.
