[Bug 1534191] [NEW] video replay should resume after user confirms high volume

A followup to bug #1504065 suggested by davmor2 in #phablet.

<davmor2> charles, jhodapp: with silo 46 I have an issue. On first boot
and possibly every day after that, if you try and watch a video from the
device, you get a popup saying audio is loud accept or what ever, this
popup takes focus from the media player and therefore pauses the video,
when you click on yes is there a way we can continue playback for the
audio warnings?
