  Opening URL with Browser as default browser opens new windows

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Using Browser on Unity7/ Xenial, if I open URLs from other apps I get
  new windows with only the respective URL. There's no setting for that.
