Hello,
fixed it by myself, but it was after all not a system bug, but a strange behaviour of the python environment itself. 
The error seemed to be a memory leek problem, which showed up under windows 10 more precise as under Linux.
In any case, the problem is fixed.

Bug description:
  This bug allready showed up within Ubuntu 14.04, and I thought I this
  was the result of curious installs.

  Thinking it could be a good idea, starting from zero and trying out
  Ubuntu-Mate 15.10, I installed this enviroment completely new and
  everything worked fine. Except for the wrong keyboard usage of the
  system before entering the system, after entering everything is fine (
  will post a seperate error-issue for this).
