  Doesn't deal with flaky network very well

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I was trying to add an U1 account on Touch as to install Click
  packages; the first screen asks for email + password, then one presses
  continue and the 2factor dialog should have appeared.

  However it remained stuck on Continue, and I could not cancel it or
  press it again.  I think it's because wifi is a bit flaky, so there
  should be some retry or some timeout or some way to cancel without
  reentering everything.

  This might be a settings UI bug rather than U1-plugin bug, not sure.
