Title:
[Nexus 10/Manta] Long videos (>5 minutes) return corrupted file

Status in camera-app:
  Confirmed
Status in camera-app package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I'm using Nexus10 and today's phablet image.

I wanted to make a 5 minute video recording. Everything seems to go
ok, until I hit the stop recording button. The camera app appears to
freeze. The "mediaserver" process continues processing in the
background. Waiting for this to complete (>5 minutes again), I get a
file in the Videos directory, but when I try to play it on my laptop I
  get:

VLC media player 2.0.8 Twoflower (revision 2.0.8a-0-g68cf50b)
[0x2229048] main libvlc: Running vlc with the default interface. Use 'cvlc' to use vlc without interface.
  [mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 @ 0x7f8ac4c1df00] moov atom not found
[0x7f8aa4c01ad8] mp4 demux error: MP4 plugin discarded (no moov, foov, moof box)
  [mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 @ 0x7f8aa4c02040] moov atom not found
[0x7f8aa4c01ad8] avformat demux error: Could not open /home/gerry/Videos/video20130902_0001.mp4: Unknown error 1094995529

Works fine for quick videos (<1 minute anyway).

Device has plenty of available disk space.
