Title:
  Focus mode is reset to auto when switching from video mode to photo
  mode

Status in camera-app:
  Confirmed
Status in camera-app package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. open camera app
  2. switch to recording video mode
  3. switch back to shooting pictures mode

  Current result:

  Focus mode is reset to "focus-mode=auto" instead of preserving the current value "focus-mode=continuous-picture"
  To read the current focus mode:
  $ adb shell
  $ sudo /system/bin/logcat | grep "focus-mode"

  Expect result:

  Current focus mode is preserved "focus-mode=continuous-picture"
