Bug description:
  current build number: 169
  device name: krillin
  channel: ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09-proposed
  last update: 2014-11-24 21:39:51
  version version: 169
  version ubuntu: 20141124
  version device: 20141119-db417fa
  version custom: 20141119-442-21-160

Install, open and use uTorch, then try opening the camera-app, you'll
see that the app will fail to use the camera (probably because uTorch
is using a piece of that).

We should show something to the user indicating that the app can't use
the camera hardware probably because another app has a lock on it, or
similar, so he knows he needs to close those other apps before using
  the camera.
