[Bug 1537047] [NEW] GTK3: Selected Button Not Visible

With Ubuntu's GTK+ 3 Theme, the orange dotted line is so thin, it's
practically invisible and the red button highlight is missing. This
makes it appear that the window is not in focus and you must use the
mouse to select the dialog buttons.
