[Bug 467498] Re: vpnc via nm-applet does not connect if I logout and then login or suspend to disk or ram
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many
changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates.
I'm going to close this bug report as their is nothing else we can do
with this old report in a now unsupported version of Ubuntu.

Title:
vpnc via nm-applet does not connect if I logout and then login or
suspend to disk or ram
Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
When I logout and login or when I suspend to disk or ram and then
resume, nm-applet does not connect to vpn and shows could not connect
because vpnc service has not started. Had been using karmic from beta
version onwards. But did not notice this becuase I do not use
login/logout/suspend so frequently.
I can however connect to vpn via command line.
"sudo vpnc"
