[Bug 1537817] [NEW] Launcher autohide fails if opening and exiting the launcher via mouse push in the "unity" icon

How to reproduce:
* Be in "desktop mode"
* Use the mouse to push over the left of screen to show the launcher (must be at the Y coordinate where the "unity" icon will be)
* Move the mouse away from the launcher (without leaving the Y coordinate of the "unity" icon)
* See how the launcher does not autohide
** Affects: unity8 (Ubuntu)
