[Bug 1537766] Re: Graphical glitch with scrollbars
Alex, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better.
If you are referring to the design of the scrollbar, it is as designed,
as Ubuntu adopted the GNOME style of scrollbar presentation.
If you are referring to something different, then please attach a
screencast of this problem as outlined in
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Screencast and then mark this Status
New.

Graphical glitch with scrollbars

Bug description:
It seems like the scrollbars should be small until I hover over them,
but for me the area where the scrollbar should be hidden turns white.
Everything is fine when I hover over it. I think this is the same
everywhere, but it's visible in the terminal as the background is
something other than plain white. Pictures attached.
I checked it on a Broadwell-U laptop too, same problem.
