[Bug 1538181] [NEW] low memory warning is wrongly triggered

Public bug reported:

* Change the camera-app to store pictures on the SD card with lots of empty space.
* fill up the internal memory
* start camera app

=> each time the app starts, it will show the low disk space warning,
despite it actually not needing to do that, because the SD card still
has lots of space
