Title:
osgviewerQt crashes on startup
Status in openscenegraph package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Status in qt4-x11 package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
When starting osgviewerQt from the openscenegraph package crashes on
startup:
$ osgviewerQt
[xcb] Unknown request in queue while dequeuing
[xcb] Most likely this is a multi-threaded client and XInitThreads has not been called
[xcb] Aborting, sorry about that.
osgviewerQt: ../../src/xcb_io.c:179: dequeue_pending_request: Assertion `!xcb_xlib_unknown_req_in_deq' failed.
Workaround: adding XInitThreads() at the start of main() avoids this
problem, but upstream do not consider this a proper fix.
