Bug description:
  Seed qml-module-qtpurchasing to xenial and vivid-overlay touch images.

  Not for desktop for now, and not the C++ -dev for now since it's not
  officially supported.

  These are needed for OTA-9 which will introduce In App Purchases for
  QML applications.
