  When the screen timeout is set to one minute, the screen doesn't dim
  before going off

Bug description:
  When set to two mins or more, the screen dims for 10 secs then goes
  off.

  (I also thought the intended time on dim was 15 secs or more not 10,
  its a bit too quick to react to)
