It seems to depend on the height of the device, somewhere between 7 and
9 rows triggers this for me.

  How to trigger

  You need to have at least 25 apps (9 rows) to trigger this.

  1. go to the app scope
  2. scroll all the way down
  3. open the app store
  4. close the app store
  5. see the first icon moved weirdly
