  latest update broke overlay scrollbar on terminals

Bug description:
  14.04+16.04.20160120-0ubuntu1 broke overlay scrollbar on terminals
  (tested gnome-terminal, terminator), downgrading to
  14.04+16.04.20151216-0ubuntu1 fixes it.
