[Bug 1538866] Re: apport dialog only ask which debugging work the user is willing to do if no package is specified to ubuntu-bug
I see. Could that info be excluded in the dialog (e.g. `(This selection
is only presented for X.org but)` below the selection? Users might
search an option to get this question for every bug or naively assume
that it's supposed to be asked for every question and file a bug...

If the user invokes `ubuntu-bug` without argument he_she is asked
which additional debugging work he_she is willing to do, but not if
`ubuntu-bug` is invoked with a package as argument.
