  Camera crashes and cant access hardware when restarted.

Status in camera-app package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The camera app crashes when the shutter button is pressed. On restart
  a notice is displayed stating the app cant access the hardware.

  This is highly repeatable and requires a device restart to correct.
