Bug description:
  applications do not load and get stuck on the boot screen with the
  symbol of the applications and the wheel of 'application that runs
  without charge.all applications initially available from the sidebar
  and the app scopes are blocked The web browser , the settings
  application and scope.it also makes the operating system unusable
  except for the notification bar. it makes it unusable ubuntu
