Bug description:
This is visible in eg, shade and unshade animations where a slight
artefact is displayed of what the window's full decoration state would
have been like before the window frame is actually adjusted post
animation, because we disable the animation plugin painting windows in
preparePaint rather than donePaint, so there's a race condition where
one frame will be painted with the artefact.
TESTCASE:
No artefacts when shading windows
