Bug description:
  Binary package hint: tzdata

  It is now 9:07 BST

  The clock on the computer shows 8:07

  Here is the output from date
  $ date 
  Sun Mar 28 08:07:30 BST 2010
  $ date -u
  Sun Mar 28 07:07:31 UTC 2010

  The clock was correct GMT until the clocks sprang forward this
  morning.
