Title:
Audio item in phone fails to play file with # in the name

Status in media-hub package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in qtmultimedia-opensource-src package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I have a test folder with two audio files inside named
  04 Neighborhood #3 (Power Out).mp3
  powerout.mp3

And a example code that used Audio {} to play them (attached, you will
need to adapt the path variable).

On the PC i can uncomment any of the three lines and it will play the
song correctly, on the phone only powerout.mp3 plays, i can't play the
  other file.

You can run the test on the phone by doing
  qmlscene main.qml --desktop_file_hint=/usr/share/applications/unity8-dash.desktop
