[Bug 1542099] Re: don't change window title to name of settings panel

 

@mpt I think you're right.  System settings isn't doing anything to set
the window title besides setting it to "System Settings" in main.cpp.
Beyond that it's being set by the page title.

Bug description:
  per design:
  In windowed mode, the window title should remain 'System Settings'. Currently it changes to "Bluetooth" or whatever the name of the current panel is, but design does not want it to do this.
