[Bug 1542733] [NEW] Connect to Hidden Wi-Fi Network, "Connect" grayed out

Reproduce:
1. Create a static, connection to hidden Wi-Fi connection using nm-connection-editor
2. click nm-applet icon
click "Connect to Hidden Wi-Fi Network"
click pre-existing connection
"Connect" is grayed out
Work around is using terminal.
