  LED button on arale should only switch to the home screen when the
  device is unlocked

Bug description:
  Currently on arale the screen can wake up while still in your pocket,
  if this happens the LED button can be activated unintentionally which
  attempts to unlock the device.  We should only enable that button when
  the screen is unlocked to prevent this.
