  unity8 autopilot tests has a huge timeout when launching unity

Bug description:
  Unity8TestCase currently have a huge (40sec) timeout when launching unity and waiting for it to be ready.
  This is due to testing done on a VM which  can be very slow, this will improve with startup improvements and infrastructure upgrades/updates.
