Bug description:
Any other time the user can get directly to the Applications lens by
swiping from the left all the way to the right.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Press the power button to turn off the display
2) Press the power button to turn on the display, you should be at the Welcome screen
3) Swipe from the left all the way to the right
4) The Launcher is revealed at the start of the swipe and left visible, but the user it not taken to the Applications lens
5) Swipe from the right and you will be taken to the Applications lens
However, if you were to:
1) Open an app, and keep it focused
2) Press the power button to turn off the display
3) Press the power button to turn on the display, you should be at the Welcome screen
4) Swipe from the right and you will be taken to open app
But if you:
1) Open an app, and keep it focused
2) Press the power button to turn off the display
3) Press the power button to turn on the display, you should be at the Welcome screen
3) Swipe from the left all the way to the right
4) The Launcher is revealed at the start of the swipe and left visible, but the user it not taken to the Applications lens
5) *Now* swipe from the right and you will be taken to the Applications lens
So it seems that the full swipe from the left *is* triggering the
shell to go to the Applications lens, but it's not dismissing the
Welcome screen when it does that.
