  new app preview generated for downloaded-but-still-installing app will
  show 0% download progress until install is done

Bug description:
  If an installation has been started by the scope, then the user closes
  the 'installing' app preview that was listening to progress signals,
  and then opens the preview again, but after download is done and
  during processing, the preview will not know what state the downloader
  is in and will initialize itself at 0%, waiting for a progress signal
  that isn't coming.

  Perhaps there needs to be some API in UDM to get the current state, so
  a new preview can initialize itself correctly.
