If you have time to help me debug the issue, please type the following
on a terminal on the phone (or you can connect with phablet-shell):

    export OAU_LOGGING_LEVEL=2
    export OAU_DAEMON_TIMEOUT=9999
    online-accounts-service

Then try creating a google account, and attach the terminal output to
this bug report.

  Google Account not created

Status in “ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When adding a Google Account via System Settings, it takes me to the
  login page, lets me login, I verify permissions for Google, then
  instead of closing and adding the account it then takes me to the
  Ubuntu developer page so the only option I then have is 'Cancel' or
  browse around the site, thus not adding the Account to the system.
