Thanks for your apply. I have tried to search the solution in askubuntu.com
and also found the solution. So now the issue is resolved. Thanks for your

Bug description:
Every time i shutdown my system and later i start i found that
incorrect time is being displayed. so i need to change it manually.
again when i shutdown and start my system same problem happens.
