Status in “ncurses” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  IMHO manual pages should come with development libraries. Not many
  need/want them, but then again, it's useless trouble going to
  ftp.fnu.org for source archive for manual pages if you're just writing
  a small ncurses utility.
