Bug description:
  There is an error in the syntax where the MAC address does not match
  if the alpha characters are upper case rather than all lower case. For
  example, these rules are not matched properly:

  ENV{MATCHADDR}=="00:0c:29:*|00:50:56:*|00:05:69:*|00:1C:14:*" -> should be 00:1c:14:*
  ENV{MATCHADDR}=="00:12:5A:*" -> should be "00:12:5a:*"
  ENV{MATCHADDR}=="00:17:FA:*" -> should be "00:17:fa:*"
  ENV{MATCHADDR}=="00:50:F2:*" -> should be "00:50:f2:*"
  ENV{MATCHADDR}=="Dc:B4:c4:*" -> should be "dc:b4:c4:*"
