Closing this as invalid for indicator-transfer.

NB, there are still non-unity8 reasons for indicator-transfer's entries
to show up as empty. We're currently adding metadata keys for ubuntu-
download-manager to provide, and for indicator-transfer to consume, for
icons and labels. That separate bug, with similar symptoms, is being
tracked at bug #1364964 .

Bug description:
  Updating an app, and installing another i see no icon in transfer
  indicator and no text.
