[Bug 1353578] Re: OSX/Android File Transfer partial support
Could you please test this further, but with mtp debugging fully
enabled?
You can do this by doing the following:
1- edit /usr/share/upstart/sessions/mtp-server.conf
2- add "env GLOG_v=4" below the existing "env GOOGLE_LOGTOSTDERR" line.
3- disconnect the device from USB
4- reconnect the device to USB

Incomplete
Bug description:
MTP only works partially in OSX with Android File Transfer app. With
OSX 10.9 and image 175.
Actions
- Download Android File Transfer and install it.
- Open AFT.
- Connect Ubuntu Touch device (tested with image 175) via USB to OSX.
Expected results
- AFT displays device's file tree.
- Files can be copied from the device to OSX.
- Files can be copied to the device from OSX.
Actual results
- AFT displays the device's file tree.
- Files can be copied from the device to OSX
- Files CANNOT be copied to the device from OSX.
