  Split greeter launcher-swipe should go to home screen on dash

Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  We should have a launcher-swipe on the greeter do several things:
  - Show the Apps scope underneath
  - When a swipe is canceled by user, restore any previous focus in user's session

  We can easily show Apps scope today via a signal.  But the cancel
  support is trickier.
