I would not consider this bug wishlist, by the way.

Many universities use WPA enterprise networks. So this bug makes unity-
desktop-next unusable for me.

Bug description:
  I cannot connect to a wireless network that uses enterprise WPA (which
  asks not only for a password but also for a username) on a Touch
  device.

  It seems like there is just no GUI implemented to handle that, as
  nothing happens when I ty to connect.
