i just timed it
the spinner shows up in ~1 second
unity8 appears ~15 seconds after the spinner

  On first boot of the phone, there is a delay of 20s (5s of black screen and 15s of spinner) between the wizard and the edge intro.
  It should be much shorter to improve the first time boot experience.
