Title:
No way to add a puk code to a phone where your sim pin is entered
  badly 3 times

Status in “indicator-network” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  STEPS:
  Prerequisites:
a phone that is on android

  1. Click on settings
  2. Click on security
  3. Enable sim pin lock
  4. Reboot
  5. Enter the sim pin incorrectly 3 times
  6. 1 locked sim
  7. Put the sim in your android phone
  8. Notice you are now asked for the puk code to unlock the sim.

  EXPECTATION:
I expect the same behaviour from our phone. If I accidentally lock my sim I have no way to unlock it.
