  Memory leak as found by asan

Status in “unity-scopes-api” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  New versions of address sanitizer have gained a memory leak detector.
  It reports a memory leak in the idle shutdown test. The log is
  attached. It is complex and leaksanitizer is rather new, so approach
  it with an appropriate amount of scepticism.
