The click scope is using pkcon to install and uninstall the apps, and
this seems to be what's broken on #237:

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ pkcon install-local /tmp/com.ubuntu.developer.thiebaud2001.aeroport-de-paris_0.1_all.click ; echo $?
Failed to contact PackageKit: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.PackageKit: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.TimedOut: Activation of org.freedesktop.PackageKit timed out

Status in “unity-scope-click” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Current behaviour (version r237)

  1. Go to Apps Scope.

  2. Long press 'Twitter'

  3. Tap 'Uninstall'

  4. Tap 'Uninstall' again to confirm

  5. User is returned to App Scope, App is still present/ installed.


  
  Expected behaviour:

  1. Go to Apps Scope.

  2. Long press 'Twitter'

  3. Tap 'Uninstall'

  4. Tap 'Yes' to confirm

  5. App uninstalls.

  6. User is returned to App Scope where the App is no longer present.
