[Bug 1355735] Re: [Greeter, App switcher] App spread should include welcome screen

Some design proposals how right edge gesture could work from greeter
with and without PIN-lock screen.

- When the user enters the right edge spread stack from the greeter the
greeter should continue sliding until it is off screen so it can then be
placed at the end of the app stack invisibly to the user.

- The PIN unlock screens need to be bound to the top of the app that the
user switches to e.g. as the app gets focused the PIN screen fades in on
top of the app, and the user can't interact with the app until they
enter their PIN that then fades out this screen.

Title:
[Greeter, App switcher] App spread should include welcome screen

Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:

Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The app spread provides a wonderful way to get to all the screens that
are available on Unity8 except for the welcome screen. If we included
the welcome screen, then locking your device becomes as simple as a
swipe from the right and picking the furthest-right item. This would
also unify the welcome screen with other items in the app stack.

The desired result is that the welcome screen always occupies the
space furthest to the right of the app spread (i.e. the last app to be
  revealed in the spread).
