Bug description:
  The current scopes show a down arrow when closed and an up arrow when open.
  The Desktop uses a right arrow when closed and a down arrow when open, which is a normal convention.

  This seems to confuse users I have show the phone to, they expect they
  are seeing all the apps when a down arrow is displayed.

  Solution
  --------
  We have redesigned the category expansion and category link solution so this issue will soon disappear.
