  latest UI toolkit causes visual glitch in Recent tab of dialer-app

Bug description:
  Prerequisites:

  You should have a received or missed call in the call log.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the dialer app
  2. Slide the Recent tab fully up, opening that page

  Expected result:

  The page appears normally

  Actual result:

  There is a clear visual glitch as in the attached screenshot.
