  Launcher displays untranslated texts

Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In Ubuntu Touch, the Launcher displays untranslated texts in a
  localized environment.

  Test case.
  - Switch Ubuntu Touch to Spanish.
  - Open the Launcher.
  - Click on the Phone icon for 2 seconds. 

  Expected result.
  - Menu appears.
  - The name of the application must be displayed localized.
  - Option labels must be displayed localized.

  Actual result.
  - Menu appears.
  - The name of the application is not localized.
  - Labels aren't localized ("Unpin shortcut" instead of "Desanclar").

  Tested with image 178.
