open the ubuntu store scope
Select books and comics deparment
Untappd scope shows at the bottom

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When browsing a department the scopes in that department are displayed
  at the bottom. Scope are the key way for services to come to ubuntu
  and should be display first.
