  UOA needs to export export the right QML2_IMPORT_PATH before running

Bug description:
  From the Reminders app click package:

  http://people.canonical.com/~dpm/click/com.ubuntu.reminders_0.5.225_armhf.click

  It turns out that UOA does not find the Evernote binary module.
  Previously, in a .deb package we installed this module in the ubuntu-
  system-settings private modules location, but we cannot do this with a
  .click, thus the right QML2_IMPORT_PATH before running plugin code.
  This stops the app from working, as no account can then be selected.
