Bug description:
  systemd boot hangs for me with

  " [  *** ] A start job is running for LSB: Raise network interfaces"

  message in plymouth with stars bouncing left to right.

  I only have a wifi card on this machine, which is usually brought up
  just by network-manager with WPA2 authentication.
